CLAF® is the pioneer of automotive seat silencer which reduces the noise generated by the friction between urethane foam and metal frame.
Soft and hot-melt surface can be applied to backing of the ceiling and walls of cars.

Automotive seats tend to generate a "squeak" derived from direct contact between the urethane foam and the metal frame zigzag springs.
By applying CLAF® you create a barrier between the two surfaces eliminating the "squeak".
CLAF® can also be applied within the foam mold to provide additional reinforcement to the finished foam pad.
